Glenwood Village Movie Theater Fundraiser

"A Day At the Movies" Fundraiser, This event will be held at Glenwood Village Theatre, 18255 South Halsted Street, Glenwood, IL 60425 (708) 754-8736.  The time is from Noon - 6:00pm.  Tickets are $10 and a small popcorn and soda is $3.  See four movies for $10 all day.  Please come out and enjoy the show!

Conquering Breast Cancer Forum a partnership with Ingalls Southland Coalition, Ingalls Memorial Hospital and XMZ.  This is the 9th annual health awareness forum for African American Women. The time is 9am - 1pm. The location is the Matteson Holiday Inn, 500 Holiday Plaza, Matteson, IL (I-57 and Lincoln Highway) Volunteer opportunities are available.  If you know of a survivor of breast cancer or someone who is battling this disease, please bring them to this event.  It is free and is full of pertinent information that can be of great assistance.
